Centro Comercial Valle Próspero (CCVP) is a commercial center located on the Pan American Highway, approximately 11 kilometers South of San Isidro de El General, Perez Zeledon, Costa Rica. There are four buildings available for retail, office, and warehouse space.

The two buildings facing the Pan American Highway were designed for office and retail space. Each single 60 square meter space includes its own toilet facilities and phone and internet connection. Spaces can be combined to create a larger office or retail business. Some of the first floor units share a continuous rear loading dock accessible from the main warehouse truck parking area. Parking for customers of our retail and office tenants is provided in front of these buildings.

The two buildings at the rear of the center are large warehouses. One is a large, one-story warehouse having approximately 1,000 sq. meters of available space capable of being divided into 11 separate bays of approximately 90 sq. meters or combined as needed. The second warehouse is a two story structure with approximately 1,000 sq. meters of usable space on each floor also capable of being divided to fit a tenant's individual needs. The second floor is reachable via a ramp suitable for rolling carts. Each building includes a multi-stall uni-sex toilet facility, with shower, provided for the use of all tenants and their employees/guests. A large open area is provided adjacent to the "front" of the building to facilitate access by large trucks (including semi-tractor rigs) to the continuous loading dock.

As is customary here in Costa Rica, each tenant is provided access to electricity and water service but delivery of such services must be arranged with the appropriate providers. Janitorial services can also arranged on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

We provide 24/7 on-site security, sewage and garbage disposal at no extra cost.

For the convenience of the public, but especially customers of our tenants, we have provided a covered, lighted bus stop with comfortable seating.
